To ensure a smooth transaction, please read the below information carefully

Starter Tenancy Guidance and Procedures

An appointment at the property will be arranged with all Tenants, please ensure you have read through our starter Tenancy guidance and procedures above. The Tenancy Agreement, Inventory and any other relevant documents must be completed and signed by all tenants. All copies of the relevant documentation and certificates will be emailed back to you.

We endeavour to ensure you the Tenant understand the Tenancy Agreement you are signing; this is written in plain English with full guidance given to each page of the Tenancy Agreement from a member of our team.

All monies due will need to be paid in full this includes the rental and deposit. These monies will need to be paid in full and be cleared funds Bank Transfer.

We will ensure the property meets current legislation, the property is clean and tidy to move into and the front and rear garden presentable.

If you are looking to meet at the property to collect your keys after 5pm on a weekday or a Saturday a pre-booked appointment must be agreed, and we hope to have a member of staff available.
