Please ensure your rent is paid on time, on or before your rent due date.

 

Unpaid Rent

Interest at 3% above the Bank of England Base Rate from the Rent Due Date will be charged to pursue non-payment of rent until paid.  This charge will not be applied until the rent is 14 days in arrears.
